What exactly is included in my order?

Every order includes a set of two crystal glass Ek Onkar fridge magnets — one with a gold background and blue Ek Onkar, and one with a blue background and gold Ek Onkar. Both come presented together in a premium navy slide-open gift box, ready to give or display.

Can I order just one magnet instead of a set?

At this stage, our magnets are sold as a set of two only. This is intentional — the two colourways complement each other beautifully and make the gift feel more complete.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

The premium navy gift box is already included with every order — no extra gift wrapping needed. Your order arrives ready to give straight from the box.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia — from Sydney and Melbourne to Perth, Darwin, and everywhere in between.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do you pack the magnets to protect the glass?

Each order is wrapped in protective padding inside the gift box, and then packed securely in an outer satchel to ensure it survives the journey safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping rates at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value — check the cart for current offers.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your magnet arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Can I order in bulk for a Gurdwara or community event?

Absolutely — we welcome bulk enquiries from Gurdwaras, Sikh community groups, and event organisers. Please get in touch via our contact page and we’ll discuss your requirements.

Are these magnets strong enough to hold things on the fridge?

Yes — the magnet backing is strong and holds firmly on standard fridge surfaces, whiteboards, and filing cabinets. They are designed to be both decorative and functional.

How big are the magnets?

Each magnet is 50mm in diameter and 5mm thick — large enough to be a statement piece on your fridge, but not so large that it becomes overwhelming.

Will the colours fade over time?

The design is sealed beneath the crystal glass dome, which protects the colours from fading, moisture, and daily wear. With normal use, your magnets should look beautiful for many years.
